How Our Subscription Service Works

When purchasing a subscription product, customers will see key subscription details—such as order frequency and any applicable discounts—displayed in the checkout order summary. This transparency helps you stay informed about your recurring orders.

For those who prefer to pick up their orders in-store, we offer a Pick Up option during checkout, allowing you to collect your subscription items at your convenience. If you opt for shipping, the delivery cost for each recurring order will be shown in the shipping method section. If you have multiple subscription products in your order, shipping costs will be displayed under each item.

To complete your subscription purchase, customers must agree to our cancellation policy during checkout. This ensures that you fully understand the terms of your subscription before finalizing your order.


Managing Your Subscription

We believe in giving our customers complete control over their subscriptions. By logging into your customer account, you can easily:

  • View your subscription details
  • Pause, skip, or cancel an order
  • Update your payment method
  • Edit your shipping address

How to Access Your Account

Customers can access their accounts in the following ways:

  • Logging in through the customer account menu on our website (if accounts are activated).
  • Clicking “Manage Your Subscription” from automated email notifications.
  • Using a direct customer account URL provided by our online store.

For added security, logging in requires a six-digit verification code sent to your email—no password necessary!


Subscription Management Made Easy

View & Manage Your Subscriptions

Once logged in, customers can navigate to the Subscriptions tab to see their active subscriptions. From there, they can access quick actions, such as viewing subscription details, skipping an order, or pausing/resuming their subscription.

Updating Payment Information

Need to change your payment method? Simply:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Click Subscriptions.
  3. Select the subscription you want to update.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to Payment under Overview.
  5. Choose a new payment method or add a new credit/debit card or digital wallet.
  6. Click Save.

Editing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update where your orders are sent:

  1. Log in and click Subscriptions.
  2. Select the subscription you want to edit.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to Shipping Address under Overview.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save.

Skipping an Upcoming Order

Planning to be away or need a break from your subscription? Skipping an order is simple:

  1. Log in and go to Subscriptions.
  2. Select the subscription you want to skip.
  3. Click Skip under Upcoming Order.
  4. Confirm by clicking Skip again.
  5. A confirmation banner will appear.

Pausing Your Subscription

Need to temporarily stop your subscription? No problem:

  1. Log in and click Subscriptions.
  2. Select the subscription you want to pause.
  3. Click Pause Subscription.
  4. Confirm by clicking Pause Subscription again.
  5. A confirmation banner will appear, and no further charges or deliveries will be made until you resume.

Resuming Your Subscription

When you're ready to receive your orders again:

  1. Log in and go to Subscriptions.
  2. Select the subscription you want to resume.
  3. Click Resume Subscription.
  4. Confirm by clicking Continue.
  5. A confirmation banner will appear.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you no longer need your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in and go to Subscriptions.
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Confirm by clicking Cancel Subscription again.
  5. A confirmation banner will appear, and billing/delivery will stop immediately.

Note: Canceling a subscription cannot be undone. If you only need a short break, consider pausing instead.
