- Browse our website and select the products you want on a monthly basis.
- Choose ‘subscribe & save’ before adding the products to your cart.
- Check out, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a special link to manage your subscription. Save this email for quick access to future edits!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before your third subscription order is processed, please contact our Customer Care team at 416-746-6789.
Please note:
- If you cancel early, you’ll be charged the difference between the discounted price and regular price for items already received.
- A $10 cancellation fee applies.
Example:
- David subscribes to receive LivDry overnight underwear monthly at a discounted price. After receiving his first order, he decides to cancel before his second and third orders are shipped. As a result, he will: Be charged the difference between the discounted and regular price for her first order i.e. the 5% discount.
- Pay a $10 cancellation fee.
