Rental Equipment

We provide a wide selection of medical equipment to meet various mobility and recovery needs. Available rental items include:

  • Rollators
  • Over-Bed Tables
  • Hospital Beds
  • Transport Chairs
  • Wheelchairs
  • Stairlifts
  • Knee Wheel Walkers

Rental Terms and Extensions

Equipment is available for rent on a weekly (7-day) or monthly (4-week) basis. Rental agreements are automatically extended at the end of the selected term unless we are notified in advance.

Delivery & Installation

We offer delivery and/or professional installation for a fee within 15 km of our store at 100 Rexdale Blvd, Toronto, ON M9W 1N7.

If you’re located outside our standard delivery area, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we can’t always guarantee we’ll be able to deliver. Please contact us at 416 746 6789 to discuss possible arrangements. Delivery fees apply based on your distance from our Etobicoke location. On the day of delivery, we’ll provide you with a convenient 2–3 hour delivery window.

Payment & Deposits

Once your online order is placed, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to securely collect your valid credit card information for future renewals or additional payments.

A refundable deposit is required for each rental item, and the amount varies depending on the product. For details on deposit amounts, please refer to the deposit information on each product page. Deposits will be returned upon the safe return of the equipment in clean and undamaged condition.

Returns, Damage & Cleaning Fees

Equipment must be returned in good condition. A $80 sanitization fee will be charged for items returned in an unsanitary state.

Please note that customers may be held responsible for the cost of any damage to the equipment during the rental period. If the item is damaged beyond repair, customers will be required to replace it at its current market value.

Apply Rental Toward Purchase

Thinking of buying after renting? You may apply your full rental payment toward the purchase of a new, identical item at regular price within 10 days of your rental start date. This offer is not available for items on sale or part of any promotion.
