Flat Rate Traceable Shipping - No Carrier Preference

At Do Home Healthcare, we ship via different shipping carriers based on your location. Orders typically arrive within 1-8 business days from the time they leave our warehouse.

Your order includes online tracking, with shipping and delivery notifications. Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking number. In rare cases, we may receive the tracking number the following day from the courier company, but it will be available for you shortly after. No signature is required for your order.

Please note that if your address is within our local delivery range, we may handle the delivery ourselves. In this case, a tracking number will not be provided, but our Customer Service team will send you an email with the expected delivery date.

Note: In rare cases, some remote or difficult-to-reach addresses (as determined by our carriers) may not be cost-effective or time-efficient to deliver to. If this is the case, our friendly Customer Service team will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a full refund.

Special Orders / Back Orders

At Do Home Healthcare, we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. However, in some cases, an item in your order may be on backorder or may need to be special ordered from the supplier specifically for you.

In these instances, your order may not be shipped the same day, and there may be a delay in processing. Our Customer Service team will notify you via email with details regarding the delay and provide an updated estimate for when the item will be available and shipped.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to keeping you informed about any changes to your order.

Pick-Up At Do Home Healthcare Office - Ontario ONLY

Customers in Ontario have the option to pick up their order at our Do Home Healthcare office, located at:

100 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1N7

Note: Please wait for a confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up before coming to our store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate customers who arrive before receiving this confirmation.

Orders placed before 1 PM EST for in-stock items are generally available for pick-up the same day after 2 PM EST. However, the orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Q: "Do you ship outside of Canada?"

A: Sorry, but we currently only ship inside Canada.

Q: "Why don't you have flat-fee shipping to Canadian territories?"

A: Unfortunately, the high cost of shipping to these areas means that we're unable to establish a flat-fee price that would be accurate for the wide range of order sizes we typically see. Please get in touch with us by email or by phone and let us know what you'd like to order, so that we can give you an accurate quote.

Q: "My package arrived damaged. What should I do?"

A: We are very sorry to hear that, and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please get in touch with us by email or give us a call and we’d be happy to ship you a replacement at no charge.

Q: "My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?"

A: Products purchased in Canada are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel (2-8 business days) and UPS (2-8 business days). Shipping times are approximate and may reasonably vary due to inclement weather, inventory volumes, and postal holidays, however if you're concerned, please get in touch with us by email or give us a call and we’d be happy to help. Please contact us immediately if you track your parcel and it says delivered but you haven't received it. We will open an investigation with the courier to find it for you.
