🏠 Local Delivery & Setup Within 15 km

If you're located within 15 km of our store and require assembly and setup—such as for hospital beds or other large equipment—please contact us at 416-746-6789 or info@dohome.healthcare. We’ll be happy to arrange this service for you. Additional charges apply.


📬 Order Tracking & Notifications

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are usually processed the same day. If you place your order close to the deadline or after 12:00 PM, it will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If your address is within our local delivery zone, we may deliver your order personally. In this case, a tracking number will not be provided, but you can contact our team at 416-746-6789 for delivery updates.

Please note: Once your order has been handed off to the courier, any delivery delays are beyond our control and are not our responsibility. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is still in transit, please contact the courier directly for the most up-to-date information. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.

Some rural or remote locations may not be cost-effective or feasible for delivery via our standard shipping methods. If your address falls into this category, our team will contact you to discuss alternate arrangements or provide a full refund.


🏷️ Address Errors & Refused Deliveries

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, refused delivery, or an unclaimed shipment, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees before we attempt to reship the item.

🔄 Special Orders & Backorders

We strive to process and ship all in-stock items as quickly as possible. However, some products may be:

  • On backorder, or
  • Require special ordering from the supplier.

In such cases, shipping times may be delayed. If your order is time-sensitive, please let us know — we’ll do our best to offer alternative solutions. When possible, this may include sourcing the product from another warehouse, which could incur an additional fee (though not always).

Our team will contact you by email with estimated timelines and updates on your order status. If you haven’t received an update within a reasonable timeframe, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: No, we currently ship within Canada only.

Q: Why isn’t there a flat rate for the Territories or Nunavut?
A: Due to high and inconsistent shipping costs, flat rates are not feasible. Please contact us with your item list for a custom quote.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
A: If your order hasn’t arrived, start by checking the tracking information:

  • If tracking is available, contact the courier directly for updates.
  • If you didn’t receive a tracking number or are unsure, contact us and we’ll assist you.
