At Do Home Healthcare, we ship across Canada using a variety of trusted carriers based on your location and the nature of the item. All shipments are traceable and include delivery notifications. Standard delivery times range from 1 to 8 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse.

Order Tracking and Notifications

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number by email. In rare cases, this tracking number may be provided the following business day, depending on the courier. No signature is required upon delivery.

If your address falls within our local delivery zone, we may deliver your order ourselves. In this case, a tracking number will not be available—but you're welcome to contact our team at 416-746-6789 for delivery updates.


Remote & Non-Serviceable Areas

Some rural or remote locations may not be cost-effective or feasible for delivery via our standard shipping methods. If your address falls into this category, our team will contact you to discuss alternate arrangements or provide a full refund.


Carrier Preferences

If you have a preferred shipping carrier, please contact us at info@dohomehealthcare.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide a custom shipping quote.


Special Orders & Backorders

We aim to process and ship all in-stock items promptly. However, some items may be:

  • On backorder, or
  • Require special ordering from the supplier.

In such cases, shipping may be delayed. Our team will notify you via email with the expected timeline and updates on your order status.

Please wait for a confirmation email before coming in. We cannot accommodate early pickups.
Orders placed before 1 PM EST (for in-stock items) are typically ready the same day after 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM will be ready the next business day.


 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: No, we currently ship within Canada only.

Q: Why isn’t there a flat fee for the territories or Nunavut?
A: Due to high and inconsistent shipping costs, flat rates are not feasible. Please contact us with your item list for a custom quote.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged?
A: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please reach out by phone or email and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
A: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.
