Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at dohomehealthcare.com. At Do Home Healthcare, we strive to provide the highest level of service and ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below, you will find the details of our return and refund policy. 

Return Eligibility 

  • Unused Products: Do Home Healthcare accepts returns on unused products within 30 days of the delivery date (some conditions apply). Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are available for resale. 
  • Packaging: We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or are missing original packaging. 
  • 30-Day Return Window: Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Special orders: If your order was custom-ordered or specifically sourced for you, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations. These items are tailored to your individual request and, as such, are not eligible for return or refund under our standard policy. 

Cancellation Fee 

  • A 10% cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled under the following conditions: 
  • The cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order, and 
  • The order has not yet been shipped (i.e., picked up by the carrier for delivery). 

Please note that the cancellation fee also applies to pickup orders that customers fail to collect. This cancellation fee policy ensures we can continue to provide high-quality service and maintain inventory levels for all customers.  

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.  

  • Bathroom Safety Products 
  • Walkers 
  • Cushions 
  • Mattresses 
  • Suction Units 
  • Pillows 
  • Compression socks 
  • All Incontinence Products (even if unopened) 
  • Used Wheelchairs: All wheelchairs are final sale and are not eligible for return once used. 

Returns Process 

  • RMA Request: Before returning any product, please contact Do Home Healthcare to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Allow 1-5 business days to receive your RMA#. Items returned without an RMA# will not be accepted. 
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please report it to Do Home Healthcare within 48 hours of receipt. 
  • Refused Shipments: If a package is refused, it will be treated as a return and subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping charges. 

Refunds & Reimbursement 

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, and if it is deemed in saleable condition, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. 
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns. 
  • Refund Timeline: The refund process may take 10-14 business days. Please note that credit card reimbursements depend on your bank. 
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering any shipping or insurance costs for returning the product. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. 

Products under Warranty or for Repair 

  • Do Home Healthcare does not repair or service products listed on our website, nor do we cover the shipping costs for returning products to the manufacturer for repair. 
  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not include providing a rental unit, compensating for rental costs, or covering labor expenses for repairing or replacing defective parts. 
  • Warranty Returns: It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package products for return under warranty. We strongly recommend using the original packaging to prevent shipping damage. Products shipped in inadequate packaging will be the customer's responsibility if damaged. 
  • Warranty and Repair Exclusions: Some warranty and repair exclusions may apply to certain items. While parts may be covered under warranty, labor costs are not included. If you would like to confirm whether your product is covered under warranty, please contact us at info@dohomehealthcare.com. 

Order Cancellation 

  • To cancel an order, please contact us by email at info@dohomehealthcare.com or by phone during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Include your order number, purchase date, name, contact details, and the item(s) you wish to cancel. Orders are not considered canceled until confirmed by Do Home Healthcare. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. 
  • For orders that have already been processed or shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
