This 2-piece ostomy skin barrier from Coloplast uses a mechanical coupling system that clicks audibly when the pouch is locked in place, so you always know the connection is secure. Before locking, the pouch can be rotated to the most comfortable position without removing it from the baseplate. The pouch can also be changed independently of the baseplate, so you do not need to replace the whole system every time.

The Assura Extra adhesive offers extra protection against aggressive output from an ileostomy or urostomy — it is designed for people whose stoma output breaks down standard adhesives too quickly.
