This lateral rotation mattress system from Drive Medical combines lateral rotation therapy with on-demand low air loss to help prevent and treat pressure injuries and pulmonary complications. The mattress rotates up to 40 degrees to reposition the patient automatically, and the 10-inch high side air bolsters help prevent falls without the use of confining side rails. A 2-inch foam base provides support during power outages.
