Mesorb Absorbent Dressing 15 x 23cm

Mesorb 15 x 23cm is a soft, ultra-absorbent dressing from Molnlycke designed for moderate to heavily exuding wounds. The dressing features a highly absorbent fluff pulp core with dual permeable nonwoven diffusion layers that transfer wound exudate into the core. The air-permeable, fluid-repellent backing prevents exudate strike-through, protecting clothing and bed linen from soiling. The backing covers all sides of the dressing to also prevent side leakage. Mesorb can be used as a primary dressing directly on the wound, or as a secondary dressing where high absorbency is required. The 15 x 23cm size provides broad coverage for larger wound sites. Requires fixation with tape such as Mepitac or Mefix. Each box contains 50 individually packaged sterile dressings.

Who Is It For

Mesorb 15 x 23cm is intended for use on moderate to heavily exuding wounds. It can be used as a primary dressing directly on the wound or as a secondary dressing over a primary dressing that transfers exudate. Maximum wear time is 7 days. Consult your healthcare provider for guidance on appropriate wound care.

Important Notes

• Apply white side facing the wound
• Requires fixation with tape or bandage
• Change before dressing is fully saturated
• Single-use only; do not re-sterilize
